Bentonite Clay provides many excellent health benefits for people and animals. Bentonite Clay aka montmorillonite or sodium bentonite has powerful drawing and healing properties. Bentonite can be applied topically (compress or poultice) to skin and wounds or taken orally to draw toxins and impurities out of the body quickly. Bentonite Clay removes poisons (bacterial poisoning, salmonella, etc.) and intestinal parasites out of the intestinal tract while alkalizing the body.
Bentonite Clay binds herbicides and other potentially harmful substances by adsorbent action so they do not remain in the body. It cleanses the colon and aids constipation and diarrhea, as well as intestinal issues. Bentonite clay works well for irritable bowel syndrome.

Shake well before using. Dose the Bentonite Clay orally every 2 hours for a total of 8 hours for poisoning. Then give once/day, until your pet exhibits normal behavior again. For general cleansing purposes, dose once/day or as needed. Dose Bentonite clay away from food, supplements, or medicines, as it will sweep poisons and toxins out of the body, but will also remove the good things. Bentonite clay can be given via enema as well.
